POSITION TITLE: Division Director of Clinical Services
POSITION CONCEPT: The Division Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for the day to day supervision of service delivery for agency wide clinical services including Foothills Clinic (Article 16 Behavioral Health Clinic), Clinic Counselors and Behavioral Specialists, and Nursing staff. This includes regulatory compliance, fiscal viability and ensuring policy and procedures are followed and quality assurance related to medical and clinical issues are addressed. Responsible for the on-going direction of the delivery of multidisciplinary services as well as supervising all clinical staff and clinical & behavioral services delivered in day habilitation/treatment and residential programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The Division Director of Clinical Services shall have a Masters Degree in an appropriate area and one year of supervisory experience with increasing responsibilities in a clinic setting serving persons with developmental disabilities. Or a Bachelors Degree and five years of supervisory experience with increasing responsibilities in a clinic setting serving persons with developmental disabilities.
The Division Director of Clinical Services will:
- Be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of Foothills Clinic and agency-wide clinical services including, but not limited to matters of personnel, provision of services and inter/intra agency operations.
- Supervise the assignments and training of staff and in thedevelopment and delivery of services.
- Supervise the delivery of clinical services to ameliorate or limit the disabling condition or other disease, illness, or condition through the provision of professional therapies..
