As a School Guidance Counselor, you will provide a comprehensive school guidance program to students with special needs. You will provide counseling support to all students regarding their graduation requirements and transition plans. You will oversee all aspects of State Mandated testing system, and the development and maintenance of all student scheduling to ensure that they are receiving the services mandated in the individual education plan. You will oversee the report card process ensuring that credits are assigned in accordance with all state education regulations. You will report to the Principal and will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Order, secure, score and organize the administration of all state mandated tests.
- Complete and maintain all students’ schedules
- Oversee the entire report card and five week interim process.
- Maintain all student transcripts
- Attend all High School student CSE meetings
- Review all student intake paperwork and schedule pre-meeting with homeroom teacher.
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and structures.

As a Foster Clinician, you will provide clinical services to children in foster care and support foster families, and families within the foster care system. As a Residential Program Manager, you will manage and oversee child care and milieu activities across the residential system, promoting a therapeutic environment that supports active permanency planning and work. You will report to the Residential Executive Program Director and will work onsite.

- Monitor Teams Chat and provide supervision/coordination
- Interview, hire, and coordinate the onboarding of new staff with the Director
- Oversee the training of new staff according to each discipline
- Provide daily Clinical Supervision for staff by observing and coaching management of crisis calls. Regular individual supervision
- Collaborate with the Director around concerns or program needs
- Work with program coordinators and case managers on file maintenance, billing, referrals, and response to clients' needs
- Participate in debriefs for critical incidents and review information to determine opportunities for staff development
- Collaborate with the Director on creating team-building opportunities and develop staff to provide cohesive direct care in a team atmosphere
- Act as a liaison to community partners to support program service
- Maintain knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Participate in advanced training to the position
- Complete Performance Evaluations yearly of supervisees
- Monitor all Documentation of staff as oversite to ensure quality documentation
- Enhance collaborative teamwork between all staff
- Rotate on-call for Mobile Crisis Services; some office evening hours
Requirements and Education:
- Master's degree (MA/MS) required
- 3 - 4 year's experience
- LCSW or LMHC required, LMSW eligible for LCSW will be considered
- Valid NYS Driver's License

As a Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will advance our agency's mission by spearheading comprehensive marketing and social media strategies. You will manage our social media accounts, craft compelling content across various mediums, and oversee organization-wide marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

As a Database and Donor Services Specialist, you will maintain, update, and optimize the agency’s donor database, ensuring accurate data entry, facilitating seamless communication between Advancement and Finance departments, and supporting the agency’s fundraising goals. We ask that you have a high level of technical proficiency, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to data integrity. You will report to the Executive Director of Development and Community Relations and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, and update donor database, ensuring consistent and accurate data entry in compliance with industry best practices and legal regulations.
- Process all gifts, including cash, estates, gift-in-kind, grants, etc., and perform merchant credit card reconciliation and acknowledgment letter generation.
- Execute complex database queries, reports, imports, and exports.
- Support agency events by developing donation forms and event registrations.
- Manage and maintain the integrity, security, and integration of digital data, including donor research, website integration, and payment portal management.
- Integrate and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and maintain dashboards for fundraisers, identifying gift prospects based on analysis of gift history and research data.
- Respond to donor inquiries about gift history, gift documentation, and ways to give.
- Identify and report on data trends that may impact fundraising initiatives.
- Create lists, deploy and provide key performance metrics for email campaigns.
- Support the Advancement Team in creating financial and performance reports documenting the outcomes of fundraising campaigns, appeals and events.
- Compose confidential profiles on specific individuals, corporations and foundations regarding financial assets, potential for philanthropic support, areas of interest and organization affiliations.
- Document donor stewardship actions within the donor database.
- Ensure Advancement staff are trained in the proper use of the database.
- Maintain documentation of database processes and guidelines.
- Be a subject matter expert and primary liaison for The Raiser’s Edge and The Raiser’s Edge NXT.
- Liaise with the finance department to generate reports necessary for budget reconciliation, audit preparation, month-end reporting and year-end tax receipts.
- Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly financial tracking of all donations and ensure proper mapping of data transfers between Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Knowledge or familiarity with Blackbaud Raisers Edge Software or similar CRM database software preferred.
