Case Administrator

We are looking for an organized and efficient Case Administrator with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.  As a Case Administrator you can expect to handle communications with debtors, debtor’s attorneys, creditors and Court personnel.  Case Administrators are required to be self-motivated and to have the ability to work autonomously once trained. You should be professional in all aspects and courteous with strong computer skills as well as a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management and have a commitment to behaving ethically in the workplace.

CASE ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Perform basic office tasks, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc., in addition to overseeing approximately 500 cases from the inception to the finalization of said case.  Duties include but are not limited to claims input, financial calculations, Chapter 13 Plan analyzing and reviewing all aspects of the case.

*Maintaining all case information and ensuring that records are complete and up to date.

*Responding appropriately to all requests.

*Abiding by all company procedures and policies.

CASE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS:

*High School Diploma is required, but more education and experience is preferred.

*Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive and confidential information as well as honesty and integrity.

*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

*Courteous, professional manner and strong service skills.

*Computer literacy and strong typing skills.

*Attention to detail.

*Ability to remain motivated and positive and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

*Ability to maintain a professional code of conduct inside and outside the workplace including employee’s personal or professional use of social media and social networking activity.

*Ability to avoid any behavior detrimental to the overall morale or well-being of the office or to the morale or well-being of any co-worker or any person who uses the services of this office.
