Inside Sales Rep / Business Development Representatives are responsible for sourcing, generating and building new business opportunities for the company through cold calling, emails and following up on warm leads. This role is the first point of contact with the prospective customer. The Inside Sales Rep / Business Development Representative must have the native sales skills to build a pipeline of qualified new prospects and deliver, or to be trained to deliver, effective presentations and product demonstrations. Successful candidates are able to manage and further their relationship with a prospect from lead-inception to close. Successful candidates are expected to work with Autotask team members at all levels to collaborate and enhance the opportunity for a sale, including but not limited to working with their Field Sales Manager to schedule appointments and close larger-volume sales.
